A hundred years after the passing of Ludovica Manuel, a large family reunion was organised by the Ludovica Foundation. This succesful event led to a further strengthening of the family ties of her descendants.
This website aims to add an extra impulse to these efforts.

Ludovica Manuel was born in Semarung, Dutch East Indies, in 1817/1818. She passed away on 29 april 1896 in The Hague. She gave birth to 13 children, of whom 8 had living descendants. 5 children with her first husband Antonie van Alphen (branches A,B,C), and 8 with her second husband George Dorrepaal (branches D,E,F,G,H).
